Anything that helps point us in the right direction. This can be images of rings she has hinted at, links to posts or pages she has saved, or simple details like metal colour and diamond shape. Even a small amount of direction is enough to begin.
That is completely normal. You can share our preference form with her directly — it takes ten thoughtful minutes and helps us understand what she likes, so we can design in the right direction. Or simply trust your understanding of her style. Either way, we will guide the process and show options that help you narrow in with confidence.
That is entirely up to you. The more information you provide the more streamlined the process becomes. If you prefer a lighter lift, we are comfortable leading and presenting clear options for review.
Yes. Before anything is built, you will review a high-definition rendering of the ring. This often includes a 360 degree view, so you can see proportions, details, and stone placement from every angle.
The design phase — discovery, concepts, and renderings for your approval — typically takes two to three weeks. Once you approve the design, your ring is crafted to order in a further four to five weeks. We can also slow the pace as needed, so the final decision always feels right.
Often, yes. If you have a proposal or occasion in mind, tell us as early as possible — in your enquiry, or on a call — and we will be honest about what is achievable. In many cases we can prioritise a design to meet a meaningful date. Depending on how tight the timeline is, an expedited schedule may carry an additional cost, and we will always make that clear upfront before anything moves forward.
If OLVR makes an error, we fix it. If the ring simply is not what she hoped for, we will work with you to find a fair and thoughtful solution to ensure she loves it.
Yes, bespoke does cost more. In return, you receive a white-glove experience and a ring designed specifically for her. Once we align on direction, we will share pricing early so expectations and budget stay aligned.
