Common questions.
What do I need to start?
Anything that points us in a direction. Photos, saved posts, links, a metal or stone you like, or just an idea. Even a little is enough to begin.
Can you design around a stone I already have?
Yes. Send us your stone and we'll design a new piece around it. We can't reuse metal from old jewelry, so the setting is always made new.
Lab-grown, natural or coloured stones?
All three. Lab-grown and natural diamonds, plus coloured gemstones like sapphire and emerald. Centre diamonds come with an IGI or GIA certificate.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. You'll review high-definition renderings, often with a 360 view, before anything is made. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
How long does it take?
Design takes as long as you need, usually a couple of weeks of back and forth. Once you approve, your piece is at your door in about 4 weeks. Rush is often possible in about 2.
Can you work to a specific date?
Often, yes. Tell us the date in your brief or on a call and we'll be straight with you about what's possible. A rush may carry an extra cost, and we'll always tell you upfront.
Is bespoke more expensive?
Usually a bit, since it's designed from scratch for you. We share pricing early, once we agree on a direction, so there are no surprises.
What if it isn't right?
If we make a mistake, we fix it. If it's simply not what you hoped for, we'll work with you on a fair solution. Every piece also has a lifetime warranty.
