Two engagement rings, a family of jewellers in Chicago, and everything that came after.
Before there was OLVR, we were looking for engagement rings for our own partners. We wanted something that felt like them, not something pulled off a shelf, and that search led us to custom design.
It also led us to Chicago, and to a fourth-generation family of master jewellers. They became our partners, and over the years, good friends.
Helping friends and family came next. Every ring brought a different story, a different point of view, and another chance to make something that meant something. We fell in love we designing jewelery and experiences for people.
Over time, those personal projects paved the way for our first ring collection.
The more we designed, the more our ideas moved beyond rings. Necklaces, bracelets and earrings felt like a natural next step.
Same approach, every piece: jewelry shaped by personal taste and real life, not just the big occasion.

Today OLVR brings engagement rings and jewelry together, with bespoke design at the heart of how we work. Every piece is made to order, for one person. We think that is pretty special.
OLVR's roots stretch across North America, from the Canadian Rockies near Banff, south to the mountains and deserts of Utah, and east to the iconic city of Chicago, where generations of master jewellers have refined their craft.
We draw inspiration from nature, architecture, vibrant cities, and the people and cultures we encounter along the way.

What began with something personal brought together a collective of creatives, seasoned entrepreneurs and a fourth-generation family of master jewellers. Different backgrounds, united by a love of thoughtful design and making something meaningful.
